Hi! I am Rajani. I have a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies and 12+ years of experience as an educator and PYP coordinator in the international schooling system.
An engineer by training, I became a stay at home mum when my daughter was born. In the time of no internet, I constantly struggled to distill all the contradictory advice that I received and relied on a small circle of like-minded mums for support. In 2006, I stumbled upon my passion for early childhood education and found great inspiration in the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.
This started me on an inspiring and wonderful journey that has allowed me the amazing opportunity to work with young children, parents and educators from all over the world.

Hi! I am Anu. I am an engineer and an INSEAD MBA alumna with almost 2 decades of experience in technology, management consulting and leadership development.
As a full-time working mum, I often dealt with the frustration, grief and guilt accompanying the niggling feeling that I’m not doing the best I can for my daughter. Daily tradeoffs between career and parenting added a great deal of stress and brought on behaviours I do not want to role model – creating the proverbial vicious cycle, difficult to break. It often felt like a lonely trek uphill.
Half a decade of batting the idea around with Rajani led to both of us finally quitting our jobs and working to create the support we struggled to find for ourselves.
